Lupin Waterfall- 0128- 48” x 36”- Oak frame

Lupin Waterfall is framed in Oak and is a stunning waterfall in acrylic…my very first waterfall and such a gem!!

I join my Son Ryan and his family on a Christmas getaway and he found this trek in Strathcona Park on Vancouver Island. We pulled up to a tiny parking lot full of snow and then walked thru the forest on crusty snow that my 2 Grandchildren were thrilled with!! We could hear it and suddenly this massive fall was a sight of wonder!! It was so thrilling the surroundings covered in rock, moss and mixed trees. Ryan climbed a difficult traverse to about 3/4 up and he was sooo tiny way up there. Laura was suggesting I paint this one…and I agreed! The kids were playing in the snow and we were all enjoying this hike thru the snowy landscape to this fantastic family moment on Vancouver Island!! It is fabulous in person!!
